Testing Machine for Single-Axis Torsion Tests

TorsionLine testing machines with maintenance-free AC servo drives are designed for single-axis torsion tests under weight loading. The torque range is 20 Nm to 2,000 Nm. The torsion axis on the TorsionLine testing machines is positioned horizontally.

The TorsionLine provides maximum stiffness and ensures precise rotation angle measurement over the entire torque range. Due to the high resolution, very high repeat accuracy is also achieved.

TorsionLine testing machines are equipped with an electrically interlocked safety device. Testing can only begin if the device is in the closed position.

testControl measurement and control electronics are used for torsion testing.
