• Inexpensive solution for calibration of LCR meters
• Ideal for calibration of precision LCR meters where MU of better than 0.02% is required
• 1 pF to 10 pF, are made from precision air capacitors
• 100 pF to 1 µF, are constructed of silvered mica capacitors of very high stability
• above 1 µF, are made with hermetically sealed metallized polypropylene sulfide
• Typical capacitors, observed over decades, have shown random fluctuations of less than + 0.01% in measured capacitance with no evidence of systemic drift.
• The capacitors are available with a variety of connectors such as bnc, and binding posts.
• Connection via 4-terminal bnc pair, similar to the Keysight 16380C Capacitance Standard Set, is also available for direct connection to many LCR meters
